What you find here, and what you do not
The site presents our services and our work, and gives you a way to write to us. Nothing is sold through it: there is no cart, no online payment, no user account and no subscription.
Nothing on this site is therefore a binding offer. A project's price, timeline and deliverables are agreed in conversation and signed in a separate contract, and that contract governs the engagement — not this page.

The text, structure, design and code of this site are ours. Do not reproduce, republish or build derivative works from them without our written permission. You may of course quote a short passage with a link to the source — that is how the web works.
The logos, trade marks and screenshots in the portfolio belong to our clients and are shown as evidence of work done, with their agreement. They grant you no rights.
Messages sent through the form
When you fill in the form you send us the details you typed, so that we can reply. What we do with them, how long we keep them and what rights you have is described in the Privacy policy.
Do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive information through the form. If a project needs access to accounts, we arrange that separately, over a suitable channel.
We reserve the right not to respond to messages that are plainly automated, abusive or deceptive.
Links to other sites
The portfolio and the articles link to sites we do not control — including our clients' sites, which evolve after handover. We are not responsible for their content, nor for changes made there after an engagement ends.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the site correct and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change it, suspend it temporarily or withdraw pages without prior notice.
The articles are written in good faith as at their publication date and are informational. They are not advice for your specific situation; before an important decision, talk to us or to a specialist.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and using the site after a change means accepting it.
